Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the position, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. Educational Qualification:
   A Master’s degree (or equivalent 16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university in a relevant field. Higher qualifications such as MPhil or PhD will be an added advantage, depending on the role.

2. Relevant Experience:
   A minimum of 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant domain. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in government organizations, higher education institutions, or research-based roles.

3. Age Limit:
   Applicants must be between 25 to 40 years of age. Age relaxation will be provided as per the rules and policies of the Government of Punjab.

4. Skills and Competencies:

   • Strong analytical and communication skills
   • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software/tools
   • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
   • For IT-related posts: advanced knowledge of databases, web/software development, or systems analysis, as applicable

5. Domicile Requirement:
   Only candidates having Punjab domicile are eligible to apply.
