Eligibility Criteria
ATR Pilots (Captains & First Officers)
Qualification:
- Minimum Intermediate (2nd Division) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Valid CPL/ATPL with IR issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.
Flying Experience:
- Captains: Minimum 1500 flying hours.
- First Officers: Minimum 500 flying hours.
- Preference will be given to candidates with P1/P2 experience on multi-engine or jet aircraft.
Age Limit:
- Captains: Up to 50 years.
- First Officers: Up to 40 years.
Medical Requirement:
- Valid Class-1 Medical Certificate from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.
Contract Duration:
- Two years (extendable based on performance and company requirements).
Cabin Crew (Male & Female)
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized institute.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in different time zones.
Age Limit:
- Trainee Cabin Crew: Up to 25 years (including age relaxations).
- Experienced Cabin Crew: Up to 30 years (holding a valid Cabin Crew Competency Certificate issued by PCAA).
Physical Requirements:
- Flight Steward: Minimum height 5 feet 6 inches.
- Air Hostess: Minimum height 5 feet 2 inches.
- Weight proportionate to height as per BMI standards.
- Unmarried female candidates preferred.
Health Requirements:
- Perfect eyesight. Candidates using contact lenses may apply (subject to PIA Medical Board’s decision).
- Candidates with spectacles and skin problems are discouraged.
Contract Duration:
- Two years (extendable based on performance and company needs).
Selection Procedure
For ATR Pilots:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted by an independent testing agency.
- Candidates securing 70% or more will proceed to a preliminary interview and flying aptitude test.
- Medical evaluation by a designated Medical Board.
- Flight Check (expenses borne by the candidates).
- Final interview for shortlisted candidates.
- Selection based on overall performance.
For Cabin Crew:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) with instant results.
- Candidates scoring 70% or more will proceed to a grooming assessment and interview.
- Final selection based on interview performance and medical examination.
Salary Package & Benefits
ATR Pilots:
- Attractive salary package with ATR-42/72 Type Rating.
- Candidates must provide a refundable bank guarantee of PKR 5,000,000/- after two years of service.
- A training bond of USD 15,000/- on a prorated basis for two years.
