General Eligibility Criteria & Guidelines
- Academic Divisions: Only one 2nd Division is allowed across the entire academic career. However, the final degree must be in 1st Division with a minimum 3.00/4.00 CGPA or 60% marks (where percentage applies). No 3rd Division is acceptable.
- Degree Recognition: All degrees, diplomas, and certificates must be from HEC, PEC, or Government-recognized institutes. Foreign degrees require equivalence certificates from IBCC or HEC.
- Age Limit: The minimum age is 18 years, and the upper age limit is 35 years as of the closing date (August 17, 2026). Age relaxation is available for specialized qualifications/skills.
- Post Qualification Experience: Refers to experience earned after completing the final required qualification.
- Government Servants: Applicants currently serving in Government or Semi-Government departments must apply through the proper channel (NOC required).
- Pension & Benefits: Employment is offered under the Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) / Provident Fund (PF) as per government regulations.
