Mercy Pak is an alliance of dedicated people who aim in providing assistance to the homeless anytime it is needed, without distinctions based on race, color, or religion, in order to promote the health, well-being, and dignity of individuals. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to maintaining affordable healthcare budgets for the average man. Mercy Pak was registered as a society under the Societies Registration Act 1860 in January 2005 to ensure the well-being of the homeless in general.MEC (Mercy Pak) is spread across 50 kanals of land, and the total area covered by the complex is approximately 100,000 sq feet. There are plenty of playgrounds and amusement parks for children as well as the entire complex.

Mercy Pak High School and Mercy Educational Complex have an open admission schedule for 2023. Mercy Pak High School and Mercy Educational Complex are offering admission starting from Kindergarten to Class 10th for orphans. Admission will be granted on a basis of first-come, first-served basis. Mercy Education Complex offers free Education Free hostels and free Uniform Food and medical treatment. The admission period will begin on March 1, 2023.

- The age for an orphan must be between 5 and 7 years to be eligible for pre-admission.
