🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Intermediate (minimum) – Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned business targets through effective sales and business strategies.
- Monitor franchise performance and ensure compliance with company objectives.
- Maintain detailed records of franchisees and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and franchise expansion.
- Conduct ground verification and training for potential franchisees.
- Regularly visit franchisees to ensure SOP and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare performance and compliance reports for management.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
