SPS-04 Scale

1. Technician-I (Mechanical, Mining, Electrical, Chemical, Drilling, Computer, Civil)
   • Qualification: DAE (1st Division) in relevant field from recognized Polytechnic Institute.
   • Experience: Not required.
2. Scientific Assistant-I (Chemistry)
   • Qualification: B.Sc (1st Division).
   • Experience: Not required.
3. Junior Assistant-I (Admin / Store)
   • Qualification: BCS/BBA (HRM, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain) – 2 years (1st Div) OR BA/BSc (1st Div).
   • Experience: Preference for relevant experience.

4. Technician-II (Motor Winder, Pump Mechanic, Pipe Fitter, Surveyor, Auto Mechanic, Auto Electrician, Generator Operator, Electrician, Fabricator)
   • Qualification: F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) (1st Div) OR Matric (1st Div) with 2 years apprenticeship/certificate.
   • Experience: 0–2 years depending on qualification.
5. Technician-II (Medical)
   • Qualification: Matric (1st Div) with 2 years diploma in relevant field OR F.Sc with 1-year diploma.
   • Experience: 0–3 years depending on qualification.
6. Scientific Assistant-II (Chemistry, Physics)
   • Qualification: F.Sc (1st Division).
   • Experience: Not required.
7. Special Vehicle Operator-III (Dozer, Excavator)
   • Qualification: Matric + HTV Civil Driving License + trade test.
   • Experience: 3 years relevant.
8. Junior Computer Operator
   • Qualification: FA/F.Sc/I.Com with 6 months Computer Course & typing speed OR B.Sc Computer Science.
   • Experience: Not required.
9. Junior Assistant-II (Admin)
   • Qualification: FA/F.Sc/I.Com/D.Com (1st Div) + 6 months Office Automation Course.
   • Experience: Not required.
10. Telecom Operator-II

• Qualification: Intermediate (1st Div).
• Experience: 2 years relevant.

11. Moazzan / Qari

• Qualification: Matric / Hafiz Quran with Qari certificate.
• Experience: Not required.

• Qualification: Matric (Science) minimum 2nd Div + 1-year technical course.
• Experience: 0–6 years depending on trade.

13. Data Entry Operator

• Qualification: Matric (2nd Div) with 6 months Computer Course + typing speed OR Matric with Computer Science.
• Experience: 2 years relevant.

14. Scientific Assistant-III

• Qualification: Matric (Science) minimum 2nd Div.
• Experience: 6 years.

15. Driver-III

• Qualification: Matric + Civil Driving License (LTV/HTV).
• Experience: 3 years.

16. Cook-II

• Qualification: Middle pass.
• Experience: 6 years.

17. Dispatch Rider-II

• Qualification: Matric + Motorcycle License.
• Experience: 2 years.

General Terms & Conditions

• Qualification must be in 1st Division (only one 2nd Division allowed in the academic career).
• Only certificates/degrees issued by recognized institutes/universities will be accepted.
• Age limit: 18 to 35 years (relaxation as per rules).
• Minimum height for Driver and Special Vehicle Operator: 5ft 6 inches (167 cm).
• Dual nationality holders are not eligible.
• Candidates already in Government/Semi-Government service must apply with NOC.
• Appointments will be made on contract under Provident Fund Scheme.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible.
• Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
