DGN Lahore General Nursing Admission 2023 Last Date

Director General Nursing Services Punjab Lahore has released a notification for the admission of candidates to general nursing and Midwifery for the 2023-2026 session. Candidates who reside in Punjab are eligible to apply for admission to the General Nursing course. The minimum age for nursing admission for single candidates is 25 while for the widow or married candidates, the maximum age is 35. The admissions process will be determined by an admissions policy of the Government of Punjab health department admissions policy. Seats will be split into the following categories.

Directorate General Nursing Punjab has opened admissions to all the state-run Nursing Colleges in Punjab. Students who have completed their FSC medical or the metric test with science are able to find the details of the DGN Lahore General Nursing Admission 2023 Result Merit list if they wish to apply to be admitted. Females who are not married and living in Punjab who reside in Punjab are eligible to enroll in a nursing or midwifery three-year program.

Admissions will be made on a merit-based basis, while open merit admissions and admissions to reserve seats are also available. In these nursing programs offered provided by DGN Lahore DGN Lahore, all applicants will be granted scholarships by the Punjab government.  It is mandatory to be medically and physically fit or else you will not be able to receive admission into Nursing programs.

DGN Lahore has announced the 100 seats available for female candidates. However, admissions will be granted according to merit lists since if your name is at the top of the list the admission process will not be confirmed and you’ll be removed from this contest.

DGN Lahore General Nursing Admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

• Female applicants who have not been married and who are not older than 25 years old at the time of 25 March 2023 are able the right to apply for admission
• Widows are also eligible to be admitted if they’re younger than age.
• It is mandatory to score at least 50 percent marks in FSC pre-medical examination to be admitted.
• Candidates must reside in Punjab otherwise, they will not be eligible.
• All attested copies of documents and photographs should be included with the application
• It is also necessary to carry an official medical certificate that is issued by the hospital of government.
• Hafiz students of the Quran will receive an extra 20 marks if they possess a Madrisa certificate.
• Admissions are on a merit basis, and there are seats reserved.

Who can Apply?

Unmarried females with a maximum age of 25 years old, while divorced women who have an age limit of 35 years can apply. However, LHV ( 3% of the quota) as well as children who are health department employees (2% limit) are eligible for NOCs issued by Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education.

DGN Lahore General Nursing Admission Result:

The institute has conducted an entrance exam for admission into nursing and midwifery programs. The results will be announced shortly and, on the basis of the outcome, students will be granted admission into the nursing colleges in Punjab. When the test results be announced, we will post the results here.

DGN Lahore General Nursing Merit List 2023:

Based on the test results for entry, DGN Lahore General Nursing Merit List 2023 will be announced. Students who have their names listed on the list will be admitted into the nursing schools of Punjab.

DGN Lahore General Nursing Admission Procedure:

Admission forms are available on the internet and also at nursing schools in Punjab. It is mandatory to indicate on the admission form which college the student is applying for. If the application is not submitted by March 25, 2023, no applications will be accepted by the official.

Eligibility Criteria General Nursing and Midwifery

50% of applicants are F.Sc (Faculty of Science) First division or Pre-medical in matriculating with science subjects that include Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Students with an A-levels background are eligible to apply. The criteria they must meet is 50 percent marks in O-Levels and more than 60 percent marks in A-Levels.

Note: An additional twenty marks are awarded to Hafez-e Quran.

Documents Required

In all Bachelor’s degree programs, you’ll need the necessary documents like your educational certifications and identity documents such as CNIC and B-Form. Original documents are required. Printing from the internet or printing any document submitted in the soft copy format is not accepted. You must submit all the original documents. You receive them after one week after acceptance. The documents will be required by the institute to verify the reasons. The most important thing to be aware of is that all of these documents need to be authenticated and you’ll need copies of all the documents, which must be authenticated. In certain situations, so it’s best to have them on hand. The documentation you’ll require to gain admission to the university is as follows:

• Three passport-size (3×3 5 cm) photographs with blue backgrounds (Recommended)
• Fsc pre-medical certification (Intermediate Certificate or A-Level Certificate)
• Matric Certificate (Matriculation Certificate or O-Level Certificates)
• Computerized domicile
• Certificate of Character (From Your Last Educational Institute)
• Copy of the National I.D Card or B. Form
• Medical Certificate
