🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Intermediate (minimum) – Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned business targets through effective sales and business strategies.
• Monitor franchise performance and ensure compliance with company objectives.
• Maintain detailed records of franchisees and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and franchise expansion.
• Conduct ground verification and training for potential franchisees.
• Regularly visit franchisees to ensure SOP and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare performance and compliance reports for management.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.

🧠 Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

📄 Terms & Conditions

1. Initial contract period is 3 years, extendable based on performance.
2. 6-month probation period is mandatory.
