The Population Welfare Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has announced fresh job opportunities under the ADP Scheme titled “Establishment of Regional Training Institute (RTI) in South Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.” The project aims to strengthen human resource capacity and training facilities for female professionals across the province. Eligible and dynamic female candidates from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and merged districts are encouraged to apply for various positions on a contractual basis.

Available Positions and Details

Below are the positions announced for eligible candidates:

1. Principal (Female) – BS-19
   • Age Limit: 40–55 Years
   • Qualification: MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC with 12 years of relevant experience.
2. Admin & Finance Officer – BS-17
   • Age Limit: 22–35 Years
   • Qualification: First Class MBA (Finance) / Economics / M.Com from an HEC-recognized university with 2 years of experience as an Admin Officer.
3. Instructor (Tech) (Female) – BS-17
   • Age Limit: 22–35 Years
   • Qualification: MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC).
4. Instructor (Non-Tech) (Female) – BS-17
   • Age Limit: 22–35 Years
   • Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized institution.
5. Sister Tutor (Female) – BS-17
   • Age Limit: 22–35 Years
   • Qualification: A-Grade Nurse with Diploma in Nursing and 2 years of teaching experience in any government-recognized institute.
6. Office Assistant (Female) – BS-16
   • Age Limit: 22–35 Years
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with specialized training in office management, MS Office, shorthand, or English language skills, along with at least 5 years of experience.
7. IT Assistant – BS-16
   • Age Limit: 22–35 Years
   • Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields with 2 years of relevant experience.
8. Warden / Mess Manager (Female) – BS-12
   • Age Limit: 22–35 Years
   • Qualification: Secondary School Certificate with 3 years of experience, preferably as a Family Welfare Worker.
9. Store Keeper – BS-11
   • Age Limit: 22–35 Years
   • Qualification: Intermediate with 5 years of relevant store management experience.

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates must be domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or merged districts.
• All positions are purely on a contractual basis for the project duration.
