🧭 Job Details – Positions, Eligibility & Pay Packages
PPRA is inviting applications on open merit for the following positions with market-based competitive remuneration:
1️⃣ HR Specialist
Pay Range: Rs. 450,000 – 650,000 per month
Max Age: 47 years
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s (or higher) in HRM/HRD or related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- International certifications preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience (preferably in public or development sector).
Key Role: Developing HR policies, managing performance systems, succession planning, and implementing HRMIS.
2️⃣ Regulation Specialist
Pay Range: Rs. 450,000 – 650,000 per month
Max Age: 47 years
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s (or higher) in Public Policy, Public Administration, Supply Chain, Corporate Law, or related discipline.
- At least 10 years’ experience in policy formulation and regulatory frameworks.
Key Role: Drafting, reviewing, and improving procurement regulations, manuals, and compliance systems.
3️⃣ Litigation Specialist
Pay Range: Rs. 450,000 – 650,000 per month
Max Age: 47 years
Qualification & Experience:
- LLB (16 years) or higher degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- LLM or international certifications preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in legal and litigation affairs.
Key Role: Represent PPRA in courts, prepare legal responses, coordinate with counsels, and provide legal advisory services.
4️⃣ Legal Expert
Pay Range: Rs. 350,000 – 550,000 per month
Max Age: 40 years
Qualification & Experience:
- LLB (16 years) or higher degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
Key Role: Handling legal documentation, assisting in legal defense, and supporting review and debarment committees.

- All posts are purely on contract basis for two years (extendable on performance).
