Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Senior HR Expert (Team Lead)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in HR, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in HR roles, including at least 5 years with government or large-scale organizations.
- Key Skills: Workforce planning, performance management, HR policy reform, and leadership of cross-functional teams.
2. HR Expert
- Qualification: Master’s degree in HR, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 12 years of experience in HR management, with 5 years advising large organizations or government institutions.
- Key Skills: Expertise in HR policy, labor laws, performance management, and change facilitation.
3. HRMS Expert
- Qualification: Master’s in IT, MIS, HR, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in HRMS/ERP design and rollout, with strong experience in PeopleSoft, SAP, or Oracle.

4. Training & Development Expert
- Qualification: Master’s in HR, Education, or Public Administration.
- Experience: Over 10 years in training design and capacity building, preferably within public or donor-funded projects.

5. Junior Associate – HR Data Analytics
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a specialization in Data Analysis and Econometrics.
