- If a child is under 18 years old, in that case, must complete the Form-B or the CNIC of their parents.
- It is required for students to get a completed Bonafide Certificate from the educational institution where she is studying.
- It is required to include a Bonafide Certificate with the application form.
- In a Bonafide Certificate, any kind of cutting or overwriting is not accepted.
